Humans have been eating meat and other foods with bread for thousands of years. Lord Sandwich was fond of the meal, as it allowed him to continue playing cards without getting the cards greasy -it carries his name to this day. OMG - I just had dinner and this still makes me hungry.

The Torta is my fave on this list closely followed by The Reuben - YUMMY.

My fave sandwhich is wholegrain bread, turkey breast, beetroot and egg (mashed with mayo and lemon). Cover in cracked pepper and delish. It is a healthy protein sandwhich that a lot of people squirm when I order it when out but they try it and I change their world.
